Currently we have a delicate, yet complex Guatemala which is brought to City+ or a Medium Roast which allows us to showcase the bean’s incredible depth of flavor. The cup begins with a mild sweet acidity that suggests tones of dried fruits. What’s more, the profile rounds off into a lingering dark chocolate finish making it a fantastic after dinner or dessert coffee, try pairing it with a decadent cheesecake.
